• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor.
• Provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• Follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• Adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food‑borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• Submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions within the community.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

• Show kindness and a desire to work with the elderly; enjoy working with people in general.
• Work effectively with people in emotional or stressful situations.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Have good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Meet health requirements, including TB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Be capable of performing job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
