Jug Utility

Responsible for finishing out shift on the jug line and various cleaning/duties in the milk room. This position has shared responsibilities in maintaining the company’s SQF food safety and food quality system, complying with applicable food regulations, and striving for continuous improvement in all areas. It is expected that this position will participate in the company’s safety program and play a role in creating a safe working environment for everyone.

Wages: $19.67 - $21.85/hr

Schedule: Day Shift: Mon 8:00am - 4:30pm, Tue 9:00am - 5:30pm, Wed 8:00am - 4:30pm, Thu 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm

Essential Functions:

• Manage jug trailers. Ensure correct trailers are pulled in and ready for use before needed when possible.
• Maintain inventory and counts on the jug trailers.
• Keep the jug room clean.
• Complete monthly work orders.
• Clean the Sherm’s line in the Cottage Cheese room.
• Clean caser and chains between the milk room and cooler.
• General cleaning as assigned.
• Keep cardboard removed from the milk room and baleer loaded.
• Remove trash from the milk room.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, and holidays
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Must be responsible and reliable
