$20–$23 per hour

• Provide courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
• Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
• Deliver notices to residents as directed.
• Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
• Maintain certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management.
• Perform building maintenance, work with cleaning and other vendors, and/or groundskeeping.
• Prepare and/or touch up vacant units for occupancy.
• Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
• Manage the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
• Know company policies and procedures and community policies and work within them.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Complete assigned training as directed and attend staff meetings as required.
