Summary Cleans work areas, offices, and halls by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepares labor card(s), job ticket(s}, and other reports, forms, records, and related paperwork for assigned area.

Ensure established productivity standards are obtained.

Interacts with other employees in a polite, courteous, and productive manner.

Responsible for adhering to established "Work Rules."Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly work area.

Ensure all personal protection equipment is always monitored and used Utilizes process sheet information as a guide to determine work requirements

Sweeps, dusts, and mops office areas.

Know how to stop all machinery used in the cleaning of the work area and know where the controls are for all this machinery.

Maintains restrooms in a neat and sanitary manner, replenish supplies

Maintains supply of materials at own work center

Ensures that work output meets established quality policy.

Replenishes supplies in coffee bars and conference room kitchen.

Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways and offices.

Sweeps and spot mops floors as needed.

Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.

Dusts furniture.

Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.

Washes windows, door panels, and sills.

Empties wastebaskets.

Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Notify the maintenance dept. of any maintenance needed beyond their scope of maintaining the building.

Help in the kitchen when needed.

Decorate for holidays. Put up and take down.

Waters plants as needed.

Help set up and take down special events like meals and wheels, employee Thanksgiving etc. and cater events.

When the company in the building set up a conference room with drinks and snacks.

When reps in the building set up drinks and snacks

Maintain the training room clean each day.

Run an outside errand as needed.

Maintain the gym area clean and sanitized.

Keeps up with employee children log for company kids’ events.

Sets up and takes down for poker night.

Washes Pharmacy scrubs each week.

Washes housekeeping towels as needed.

Set up for lunch and learn 1x per month.

Maintaining conference rooms clean after each use.

Any other duties of a similar or lesser nature as required.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
