JANITORIAL TEAM MEMBER – Fort Bend Epicenter
Location: Rosenberg, TX
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Operations Director
Status: Part-Time (Non-Exempt)

The facility is managed by Sports Facilities Management, LLC, a Sports Facilities Companies (SFC) company that is highly collaborative and supportive, dedicated to excellence and service.
Position SummaryThe Janitorial position will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of office spaces, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay and full-time benefits.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform general clean‑up of all areas of the building as directed
- Monitor for spills throughout the facility and clean as needed
- Clean all floor surfaces and glass in the facility
- Clean and maintain all bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, restock supplies, etc.)
- Clean all guest seating and lobby area
- Trash and recycling removal
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests, providing answers and directions as needed
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick‑up
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed by management
- Housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule; evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, both indoors and outdoors, and to squat, stoop, or bend
- Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time
- Facility has intermittent noise levels
