Your Role

As our next Driver – 2nd Shift (Monday – Thursday, 2:30pm – 12:30am), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our organization’s success. Responsibilities
  • Driving a box truck throughout the Twin Cities area.
  • Ability to navigate the Enterprise Resource Planning System and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintains accurate records and follows established procedures.
  • Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with Order Kitting and Receiving as needed.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications Basic Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies.
  • This role may require 100% travel domestically (Minnesota & Wisconsin). Candidates should be comfortable with travel as needed to support business objectives.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous warehouse‑related work experience preferred.
  • DMV health assessment card.
  • Class B or higher driver’s license.
  • Powered industrial truck experience (i.e., forklift, walk‑behind pallet jack, etc.)
