Termite Route Technician at Pest USA

Pest USA, established in 1971, is a growing Pest and Termite Control Company that is looking to add a motivated and reliable Termite Route Technician to our team. • Perform termite prevention and elimination services for residential and commercial properties.
• Review schedules and ensure that equipment is stocked in the company truck.
• Locate and evaluate bait stations using a diagram or location device and log products used during evaluation.
• Self-direct route and workflow on-site, follow safety procedures, and keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
• Promote and sell additional services to existing and prospective customers.
• Assist with Pest Control routes as needed.

• At least 18 years old (21 years old preferred).
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed and communicate effectively with office staff and customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills; previous experience in pest or termite control is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
• Able to pass state regulatory licensing exams within the first 30 days of employment.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, crawling, and occasional sitting during commutes between locations.
