Sky High Party Rentals rents out inflatable entertainment offering everything from bounce house moonwalks and mechanical sharks to giant inflatable coliseums. The company seeks out unique party rentals that no other company offers in its area in hopes of inspiring kids and parents to use their imaginations. Sky High believes that kids should be able to play pirates inside their very own pirate ship.

The company’s niche products travel to festivals, church bazaars, and school events throughout Texas.

MAIN WORK DAYS ARE FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY. You can work 1 or multiple days! Hours are 6am to 10pm. Cleaning/Inspection of Inflatables is done Monday through Thursday. Flexible schedules are available!

Earn up to 30hrs to 40hrs in a weekend! Flexible schedules. We also have deliveries Monday to Thursday based on demand with hours 8am to 6pm. What’s great about weekend work days is you can make up to 30hrs in just 2 days.

Sky High Party Rentals is expanding its team and is looking for Bounce House Helpers and Installers. In this role, you will assist with the setup and installation of bounce houses and party equipment at event locations. • Collaborate with the delivery driver to ensure safe and efficient setups.
• Follow specific setup instructions and safety guidelines for each piece of equipment.
• Ensure that inflatable bounce houses and party equipment are securely anchored and inflated properly.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify any damages or issues with the equipment.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment after each use to maintain its quality.
• Interact professionally with customers during equipment setup, providing instructions and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Represent the company in a friendly and courteous manner, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the delivery driver and other team members to ensure smooth event installations and takedowns.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers as needed including installation and setting up of items.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure setup and operation.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to equipment handling and customer interactions.
• Assist with pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good condition.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Help with equipment inventory management and organization.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and safety.
• Work flexibly which may include early morning (6:00 a.m.) start times, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Stay informed about industry trends and safety guidelines related to bounce houses and party equipment.

• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of bounce houses and equipment at the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to organize and prepare equipment for upcoming deliveries.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and safety.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and safety guidelines related to bounce houses and party equipment.

• Aged 16 and Older
• State Issued or School  Social Security
• Social Security Card
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
• Language skills that allow employees to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
