As a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift, you will support advanced, climate‑controlled industrial manufacturing operations in a clean, dry, boiler‑free environment. You will perform maintenance on electro‑mechanical systems, motion controls, conveyors, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial robots.

Monday to Friday 9:30PM – 6:00AM

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all industrial manufacturing equipment using a CMMS.
• Support electro‑mechanical maintenance across the facility as a senior‑level technician.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize complex electro‑mechanical systems, including vision‑guided robotic systems, motors, controllers, pneumatic pick‑and‑place equipment, precision liquid dispensing systems, ultrasonic welding equipment, and cam‑driven machinery.
• Apply root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Analyze and compile engineering and maintenance data to support manufacturing decisions.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, production, and other maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operation of all equipment.

• 5+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience, including electro‑mechanical technician or maintenance technician roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for AC and DC electrical systems in industrial environments.
• Hands‑on experience with motion control systems, conveyors, pneumatics, sensors, PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred), and industrial robots (Epson, Fanuc).
• Ability to disassemble, reassemble, and troubleshoot complex electro‑mechanical and industrial maintenance systems.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as required.
