Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Make-Ready Technician to join our team at 83 Reserve in Roswell, Georgia.
Responsibilities- Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by completing make-ready duties, inspections, and routine maintenance repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform preventative maintenance on apartments, buildings, and community amenities.
- Maintain and organize the maintenance shop, manage inventory, and update maintenance logs and databases.
- Support vendor/contractor oversight, budget goals, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of vacant units, grounds, common areas, and amenity spaces to maintain community standards.
- Provide excellent resident service by addressing concerns promptly, communicating professionally, assisting with resident events, and delivering community correspondence.
- 1-3 years of maintenance or make-ready experience required; apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment, and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs., move equipment/appliances weighing 75-300+ lbs. using a hand truck, and push/pull heavy loads.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders up to 40 feet, and work on step ladders while lifting and installing fixtures.
- Ability to perform maintenance on apartments, buildings, and amenities, including moving heavy equipment and completing repairs in a physically demanding environment.
