Ocean Mazda Roswell is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership facilities and property.

This position is responsible for helping ensure that the dealership remains clean, safe, functional, and professionally maintained at all times
. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the appearance and condition of the property, notices when something needs attention, and is willing and able to handle a variety of maintenance, cleaning, painting, and repair responsibilities.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active and taking pride in keeping a facility looking its best.

• Perform routine maintenance throughout the dealership facility and property.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, entrances, service drive areas, exterior walls, dumpster areas, parking areas, and other exterior surfaces as needed.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and professional appearance of the dealership.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and clean designated areas as necessary.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, floors, and common areas.
• Remove trash, debris, and other materials from dealership grounds.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, including routine touch-ups.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and complete minor drywall, carpentry, and related repairs.
• Perform minor building repairs and general handyman-type work.
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, filters, fixtures, and other facility items as needed.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs when appropriate.
• Inspect the dealership regularly and identify maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns requiring attention.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
• Maintain dealership grounds and exterior areas.
• Assist with keeping service, sales, office, customer, and employee areas clean and properly maintained.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, pressure-washing equipment, and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition.
• Monitor maintenance and cleaning supplies and notify management when additional materials are needed.
• Assist with vendor coordination when outside repairs or specialized services are required.
• Assist with dealership events, furniture movement, setup, breakdown, and other facility needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from dealership management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required protective equipment.
• Perform other facility and maintenance duties as assigned.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment and understands that the condition of our facility contributes directly to the experience we provide our customers and employees.

• Previous maintenance, facilities, janitorial, painting, construction, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Pressure-washing experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning, painting, facility maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, pressure washers, and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily responsibilities.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify maintenance or safety concerns and communicate them to management.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds and safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
