Tresco, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and dependable Custodial & Grounds Worker to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-manicured environment. What you'll be doing:

• Grounds maintenance responsibilities:
• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance
• Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways
• Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance
• Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more
• Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned
• Custodial responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways
• Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries
• Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition

What you bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
