Baxter is seeking a Sr Tech Maintenance Facility to lead maintenance activities on manufacturing lines in our Round Lake Beach, IL facility. You will manage production line uptime, enforce safety, and coordinate with floor workers to meet production targets.
The role requires strong troubleshooting, CMMS usage (Maximo preferred), and experience with electrical systems up to 480 V. This is a 12-hour day shift with a focus on reliability and quality in a large multinational setting.
