Takeda is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on technical leadership for maintenance across filling and packaging lines. You will coordinate a team, drive rapid repairs, and sustain high equipment reliability in a 24/7 GMP environment.
You will troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, support CMMS-driven PMs, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues and meet production commitments.
