We have a fantastic Groundskeeper opportunity available!

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. This family‑owned company is focused on a hands‑on approach to daily operations and the customer experience.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

• Clean all common areas, pick up trash, and maintain pet waste stations.
• Support maintenance on light painting, housekeeping tasks, and general upkeep.
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers.
• Plant, weed, and maintain outdoor spaces, including bending and stooping for tasks.
• Work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions and maintain safety standards.

This physically demanding role requires prolonged standing and walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, operating hand tools, handling equipment, and working in noisy, inclement weather. The candidate must meet all physical requirements or receive a reasonable accommodation.
