Michaels is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and run in-store events such as children’s parties and craft classes. You will engage customers of all ages, demonstrate activities, and help with event add-ons while ensuring a fun, safe, and organized environment.
Responsibilities include assisting customers, supporting the checkout process, and following store SOPs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred to deliver a positive guest experience.
