Salary Range: $18.00 To $18.00 Hourly

• Responsible for ensuring that the grounds, buildings, and common areas are up to PMC standards at all times.
• Ensures that turnovers are completed in the allotted time and ready for move-in.
• Assists with preventative maintenance items as needed.
• Assists with Snow Removal as requested.
• Ensures that the curb appeal of the property is maintained at all times, including the path to the models and office.
• Assists in all other duties as requested.
• Keeps storage and shop areas in a neat, clean, organized manner, per company color-coded program.

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours in an emergency situation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess basic hand tools.

• Must be within a reasonable distance from the property and able to travel to the site in inclement weather.
• Must be available to respond to all major emergencies.
• Must be able to provide valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
