We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, full-time cleaning professionals to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services across the Greater Austin area.

This is a W2 opportunity, paid on a commission structure
, in the Round Rock territory
, ideal for individuals who reside within the territory. This position is seeking ONLY experienced professionals with a background as a professional house cleaner, commercial cleaner, janitor, or custodian.

• You are an experienced, professional home and/or commercial cleaner, or a strong willingness to learn the craft
• You will operate as a W2 employee, paid on a commission structure
• You have your own reliable transportation
• You are detail-oriented, polite, and present professionally
• You communicate clearly, both internal and with clients
• You are fully authorized to work in the US, and speak English at a level comfortable communicating/understanding client needs
• If English is your second language, we can accommodate reasonable requests for communication with/to clients

• Perform residential and/or light commercial cleanings for valued clients
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with client expectations and quality guidelines
• Maintain a level of excellence in cleaning standards with the use of chemicals and equipment
• Maintain a consistent, recurring schedule (updated consistently via our App)

• We are a motivated ownership team actively expanding in the Greater Austin area, to consistently work with our team members in the most efficient way possible

  , with an average range of between $28 - $34 per hour equivalent, with experienced and efficient cleaners earning the equivalent of up to $40/hr

• Back-end support for all scheduling, coordination, client acquisition, retention, communication, and equipment sourcing

• Commissioned rate per job; rates vary based on home size and service type
• Our most experienced cleaners earn well over $1,000/week in base rate, tips, and bonuses
