Pay:
Starting at $18.00/h + 8% differential for 2nd shift
POLYWOOD® is looking for a Janitor/Cleaner who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. This role is essential to supporting our teams by ensuring our facilities are clean, functional, and ready for daily operations. What You'll Do:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, restrooms and office space.
- Empty trash and garbage containers.
- Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to protect surfaces.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment.
- Support overall workplace cleanliness and employee experience.
What You Bring:
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facility support roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Dependable, consistent, and motivated work ethic.
Bonus
Skills:
- Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning equipment.
- Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments.
