Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across our Utah portfolio. This hands-on role oversees technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities safe, clean, and fully functional, and works with the Property Manager to schedule maintenance staff.
Typical shifts are Monday through Friday 8 am–5 pm, with hourly pay between $19 and $22 plus renewal bonuses.
