Description
What You'll Do
As a Facilities Custodian, you'll play a key role in creating and maintaining a facility that is always "Tour Ready, Audit Ready."
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, and handwashing stations
- Emptying trash, recycling, and biohazard containers
- Operating and maintaining floor scrubbers to support facility cleanliness and micro-control efforts
- Ordering and restocking cleaning supplies
- Assisting and providing guidance to contracted cleaning crews
- Completing daily task lists and documenting completed work
- Utilizing maintenance software to manage and complete work orders
- Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient workplace for all associates
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of work experience
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read chemical labels and safety information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in office areas, production environments, and outdoors as needed
