Above Quality Services LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to provide custodial services at a professional office facility in Ruther Glen, Virginia.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty office and common-area trash
• Sweep and damp mop floors
• Clean offices and conference rooms as required
• Clean and sanitize breakroom/kitchen surfaces
• Clean entrance glass and doors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces
• Vacuum and maintain entrance/walk-off mats
• Replenish restroom supplies
• Maintain the janitorial closet in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform other routine custodial duties within the assigned facility
• Schedule Tuesday and Thursday
• Hours Approximately 2 hours per service day / 4 hours per

Applicants must be reliable, able to work independently, maintain a professional appearance, and consistently complete assigned cleaning duties to established quality standards.

Because the work is performed at a Virginia State Police facility, the selected employee must be able to successfully complete required background screening and fingerprinting before beginning work.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

This position is well suited for someone seeking a small, consistent part-time schedule in the Ruther Glen area.
