Maintenance Technician II

Maine Health is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Cove's Edge, a premier senior living community in Damariscotta, Maine. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in building maintenance who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility issues
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal facility operations
• Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain safe, clean working conditions and follow all safety guidelines
• Support renovations, projects, and general upkeep across the campus

• Experience in building/facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
