Maine Guide is seeking an energetic, self-motivated maintenance staff member to join our apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach. Under direction you will maintain buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds, coordinating with management, residents, and subcontractors.
On-call shifts rotate among staff. Rate of pay is $26 per hour with full benefits including medical, dental and 401k with match.
