We’re seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves performing routine maintenance, light repairs, and inspections across a portfolio of commercial properties in and around Sacramento. You’ll work independently in the field, supported by a responsive management team that provides clear communication and hands‑on training.

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs including janitorial, painting, carpentry, and plumbing tasks.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed using our maintenance reporting system.
• Collaborate with management and team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Safely operate tools and equipment provided by the company.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants and office staff.

• Reliable transportation; a truck is strongly preferred (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Prior experience in maintenance, building services, or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and follow supervisor guidance and company procedures.
• Basic proficiency with hand tools and maintenance equipment.
