Hydraulic Hose Service Technician (Hybrid Role)

PIRTEK is looking to hire a Hydraulic Hose Service Technician to assist in various capacities within the service center and support daily operations. We are seeking applicants with excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a positive attitude. Selected candidates will attend company-sponsored training in Florida prior to launch. Travel, lodging, and training expenses are paid by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies
• Assist walk-in customers with hose and fitting needs
• Receive, verify, organize, and stock inventory
• Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with dispatching service calls and scheduling activities
• Process work orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Write invoices and process customer payments
• Work closely with technicians, sales representatives, and management to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to travel for company-sponsored, 1 week, paid training in Florida

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
