Preventative Maintenance Mechanic - Sacramento, California

Mary Anns Baking Company is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to join our Sacramento team. • Perform preventative maintenance on bakery equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, controls, mixers, ovens, and depositors
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and food safety
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
• Support a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture

• Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanic experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Proven experience working with conveyors, pumps, motors, controls, mixers, ovens, and depositors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed
