Job DescriptionAttached to the head of the central kitchen, the dishwasher cleans delivery materials and maintains the kitchen area and its surroundings.
Duties include:
- PLONGE
- Clean materials (batteries and utensils) with care and cleanliness, ensuring perfect hygiene. - Clean and disinfect various delivery materials.
- Clean the work area.
- MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES
- Manage waste storage in the designated area. - Take out and bring in garbage containers.
- Clean the garbage storage area and containers at least twice a week.
- Sweep the exterior perimeter of the kitchen regularly.
MAIN COMPETENCIES AND REQUIRED QUALITIES
- Knowledge of food hygiene rules (HACCP method)- Knowledge of workplace safety rules
- Respect of professional risk prevention protocols
- Knowledge of collective catering cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Mastery of manual and mechanical washing techniques (dishwasher battery and dishes)- Correct use of a professional dishwasher and plonge equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their use
- Respect of cleaning and disinfection protocols
- Ensure the cleaning of premises, equipment, and kitchen materials - Perform sorting and waste removal according to current procedures
- Ensure the organization of equipment and maintenance of cleanliness in work areas
Contract duration: 4 months
DETAILS
37.5 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (6am/2pm) / Wednesday and Friday (6:30am/1:30pm)
Leave to be taken during school holidays
Free meals included in working hours
Sustained work pace
POSITION TO BE FILLED:
Position to be filled from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with renewal for 1 year starting January 2027.
Recruitment by statutory route in category C (Technical Branch), or failing that, by contractual route.
