Job DescriptionPIRTEK is looking to hire a Hydraulic Hose Service Technician to assist in various capacities within the service center and support daily operations. We are seeking applicants with excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a positive attitude.
Selected candidates will attend company-sponsored training in Florida prior to launch. Travel, lodging, and training expenses are paid by the company.
Responsibilities- Build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies
- Assist walk-in customers with hose and fitting needs
- Receive, verify, organize, and stock inventory
- Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with dispatching service calls and scheduling activities
- Process work orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Write invoices and process customer payments
- Work closely with technicians, sales representatives, and management to support daily operations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to travel for company-sponsored, 1 week, paid training in Florida
