Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• For team leads: manage the team’s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment and ensure the vehicle is loaded with cleaning supplies.

• Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn tips.
• Paid training on proven cleaning systems.
• Company vehicle provided; no personal mileage required.
• Stable and consistent daytime schedule—no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Cleaning supplies, company car, appointments, and branded clothing supplied.
• Access to ongoing training and advancement opportunities within the franchise.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Driver’s license highly preferred.
