Join Our Team at McKinley Park Care Center! McKinley Park Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our environmental services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized leader with housekeeping and supervisory experience, preferably within a healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting.

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate daily work schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds.
• Plan and schedule deep cleaning projects, move-in preparations, carpet care, and other special cleaning programs.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Order department supplies and ensure proper storage and handling procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members.
• Assist with departmental meetings and staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, MSDS, state, federal, and facility safety regulations.
• Assist with hands‑on housekeeping duties as needed.
• Help maintain department budgets and monitor supply usage.
• Prepare resident housekeeping charges and billing when applicable.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one (1) year of housekeeping or related experience.
• Prior supervisory, scheduling, or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation Center, Assisted Living, Long‑Term Care, or Healthcare environment.
• Previous Environmental Services (EVS) leadership experience.

• A team‑oriented leader who leads by example.
• Detail‑oriented with strong quality standards.
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment.
• Professional when interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Committed to providing excellent service and support to others.

• Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent use of housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, and standard office equipment.
