The Exteriors team is responsible for many tasks including siding, tires, windows, exterior trim and more. These tasks require the ability to constantly lift, push, pull 70+lbs.

• High school diploma
• Previous construction experience 2+ years preferred
• Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired
• Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desired
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols

Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures. Work primarily involves standing and climbing stairs up to 4 hours at a time.

$23 per hour to start
