Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of all building entryways. The role ensures that entrance remains welcoming, orderly, and well kept throughout the day.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proof of highest level of education completed but not less than high school education or equivalent as recognized by an approved government accreditation association or have taken the SHRM TAC basic reading and math placement tests with a passing score.
• Ability to work independently while following direction
• Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and light landscaping practices.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions, schedules, and priorities established by management.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Ability to identify and report maintenance, safety, and cleanliness concerns in a timely manner.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, sweeping, and other repetitive outdoor tasks.
• Ability to safely use cleaning and landscaping equipment and tools
• Ability to lift, carry, pull, & push 40 pounds.
