Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 2nd Shift Pay: $17.50/hour Location: Birch Run & Midland Schools

Floating Cleaners are trusted, go‑to team members who support different locations as needed and gain experience across multiple environments.

• Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams
• Duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom care
• Clean common areas such as offices, breakrooms, locker rooms, stairwells, and high-touch surfaces
• Use cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers (training provided)
• Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use

• Dependable and motivated individuals
• Ability to adapt to different sites and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Cleaning experience helpful, but not required
