SUMMARY OF
JOB PURPOSE:
Under ongoing supervision, assists with cleaning the facilities, bathrooms, offices, and the general plant environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Cleaning and stock restrooms.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Perform minor repairs.
- Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
- Understands ISO procedures
- Other duties may be assigned.

LANGUAGE SKILLS- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- On the job training by supervisor and peers who have experience, knowledge and insight into the job.

EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
