Director of Maintenance

Job Summary:

Preferred Care MI is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team in Saginaw, MI. As a key member of our organization, the Director of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the overall condition and safety of our facilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address any maintenance needs or issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance expenses and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure a high level of expertise and customer service

  • Familiarity with maintenance software and tools
