We're seeking a dedicated Custodial Professional who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming
environments. This isn't just about maintaining spaces—it's about ensuring our facilities support the health, safety,

Shift/

Schedule:

6:00am - 2:30pm

• - Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including restrooms, offices, common spaces,
  and high-touch surfaces
• - Execute floor care protocols: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, and periodic deep cleaning
• - Manage waste removal, recycling programs, and proper disposal procedures
• - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and soap dispensers
• - Identify and report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions
• - Follow all health, safety, and chemical handling protocols with precision
• - Maintain organized storage areas and equipment in good working condition

Required:

• - 1+ years of professional custodial or facility maintenance experience
• - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, proper storage, and safety procedures
• - Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
• - Reliable attendance and punctuality
• - Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

Preferred:

• - OSHA safety training or blood borne pathogen certification
