Location: St. Ann
KH Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to complete apartment make-readies (unit turns) and assist with general maintenance at our Metro East–St. Louis-area properties.
Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in residential maintenance, strong plumbing/electrical skills, and the ability to work independently to keep units move-in ready. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 80 lbs are required.
