Until 11/15/25: 6 AM – 3 PM, 11 AM – 8 PM.
From 11/16/25 to 1/11/26: 9:30 PM – 6 AM shift.

• Wash, scrub, polish, and detail vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, general maintenance, inspections, and install/repair to building, grounds, and equipment. Paint building and equipment as needed.
• Notify manager concerning the need for major repairs.
• General maintenance duties include collecting and emptying trash, servicing cleaning, and restocking supplies. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing. Clean windows and mirrors, dust furniture, walls, fixtures, and office machines. Sweep outdoor walkways, trim vegetation or grass, and keep grounds free of litter and weeds.

• Work independently over long periods within established rules and regulations.
• Determine the type of tool and equipment needed for a job.
• Read gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure machinery is operating properly.
• Safely fuel and park vehicles.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate information; exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely decisions.

• Must be 18 years old.

• Must pass a pre‑employment background check and substance abuse testing.
