LUV Car Wash was founded in September 2021 and has rapidly grown to over 80 locations in six states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are seeking an Assistant General Manager with Maintenance Lead responsibilities to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

The Assistant General Manager will manage day‑to‑day operations of the car wash, manage all employees, and facilitate breaks and shifts for the team.

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Work in extreme weather.
• Work in a wet environment and wear PPE correctly throughout the day.

• Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
• Carry out visual inspections of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the tunnel.
• Perform cleaning of the facility and ensure everything is organized and kept in the appropriate place.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company's mission.
• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.

• Must complete all online trainings, pass the online test, and complete in‑person training per merit.
• Must remain up‑to‑date on applicable trainings pertaining to their tier and associated trainings as new trainings are launched or updated.
• Responsible for the cleaning and organization of the backroom of the car wash, including but not limited to tools, work bench, spare parts, chemical organization, and overall cleaning.
• Responsible for all equipment preventive maintenance, including but not limited to greasing bearings, oil changes, belt replacements, filter cleanings, and other items on the PM checklist.
• Must ensure proper tension and smooth operation of the conveyor by conducting proper conveyor checks.
• Responsible for keeping checklists and work orders on Maintain
  
  X up‑to‑date with accurate information pertaining to any PM or repair work orders.
• Responsible for completing minor repairs such as bearings, shocks, spindles, oil changes, solenoids and valves.
• Responsible for some of the larger repairs with or without a Maintenance Technician if needed, such as wrap replacement, assisting with blowers, Top Brush Repair, and other maintenance items.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours before a site opens or after a site closes.

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent

• A minimum of 1 year of car wash experience is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about creating genuine connections with team members and providing excellent customer service.
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, is required.
