Janitorial​/Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant

Overview

Pay: $20.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 6%.

• Manually clean and use light commercial motorized cleaning equipment.
• Execute cleaning in accordance with store cleaning matrix.
• Perform light maintenance on all store equipment.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to the General Manager.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and overnight, including weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment required to run the store.
• Good vision and depth perception.
• Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated places.
• Experience using chemicals for cleaning and maintenance of facility.
• Ability to work with little supervision at a rapid pace during extended shifts of 10 hours or more.
• Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day and year.
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
