Oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe and the customer's quality expectations are met or exceeded;
Supervise and train the work of janitorial staff in the building;
Designate shift and area work assignments;
Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed;
Use floor cleaning equipment as needed;
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory;
Enforce all safety policies and procedures;
Respond quickly to all customer concerns or complaints
