Maintenance Supervisor — RISE St. Augustine
Most maintenance jobs are about fixing things after they break.
This role is about making sure they don't.

The right person doesn't wait for direction.
They walk the property. They identify issues before residents do. They hold themselves and their team to a higher standard because they know every interaction, every repair, and every preventative maintenance task impacts the reputation of the community.
