• Leading all maintenance operations for the community
• Managing and developing maintenance team members
• Overseeing service requests and ensuring timely completion
• Executing preventative maintenance programs
• Managing vendor relationships and project work
• Ensuring property appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained
• Maintaining compliance with safety policies and company procedures
• Assisting with budgeting, inventory, and expense control
• Supporting resident retention through exceptional customer service

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• EPA Certification required
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service mindset with a resident-first approach

• Service requests are completed quickly and correctly
• Residents trust the maintenance team
• The property consistently looks and performs at a high level
• Team members are engaged, developed, and accountable
• Problems are prevented before they become emergencies
• $74,000–$78,000 annual salary
