Facilities Custodial Cleaner; Keeper of Clean

Overview

We are looking for a meticulous, trustworthy individual to lead the cleaning and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all residents.

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Deep clean restrooms—toilets, sinks, mirrors—to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms (soap, paper towels, etc.).
• Conduct routine inspections and promptly report deficiencies or needed repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals safely.

This is a full‑time position. We require a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule but expect flexibility to adjust based on facility needs.

• At least 2 years of cleaning experience, preferably in recreation facilities or amenity centers.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Strong integrity, reliability, and honesty.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
