The ideal candidate is comfortable as a team player who can take and follow directions and promote a safe work environment for all. The candidate should also be comfortable in a role that is physically demanding as some duties may require lifting of 50 pounds or more, standing, sitting, climbing ladders, bending and walking.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• General repairs including but not limited to painting, drywall, repairing doors, fixtures, etc.
• Building maintenance (including janitorial tasks)
