Location: St. Augustine South
UF Health in Florida is seeking a skilled facility maintenance technician responsible for preventive and corrective upkeep of building systems and equipment. You will collect data, document inspections, and respond to urgent maintenance or disaster scenes, taking charge until relieved by authority.
The ideal candidate has High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of building mechanical maintenance experience, with strong CMMS, blueprints reading, and basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge.
