Maintenance Technician – St. Charles, IL - 3+ years

TIGER Drylac is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in St. Charles, Illinois
.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing environment who is comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment. We will also look at schooling, certificates, and training completed.

What you’ll be doing:

Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
Creative problem Solving
Performing preventive and routine maintenance
Minor electrical/electronic repairs
Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic work
Welding and general facility maintenance
Assisting with contractors, parts, supplies, and maintenance inventory
Machine operation
Other duties

Experience we’re looking for:

3+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and preventive maintenance skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics,
Industrial Electrical experience is huge
PLC experience is a plus
SAP, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO experience are also a plus

Location: St. Charles, IL

Schedule: we run 12 and 8- hour shifts with various pay premiums.
