Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

You'll be responsible for keeping our fleet, equipment, and facilities running safely and reliably. That means turning wrenches and using systems to track maintenance, schedule repairs, and keep everything organized.
What You'll Do- Manage and maintaining our vehicle and equipment fleet
- Use maintenance and fleet tracking systems to log work, plan ahead, and stay organized
- Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Fix or replace worn or broken parts
- Keep track of maintenance schedules, repairs, and supplies
- Handle work orders and get things done on time
- Coordinate outside repairs when needed
- Take ownership of our fleet and want to keep everything running smoothly
- Like using technology to stay ahead
- Take safety seriously
- Can balance hands-on work with tracking details
- Don't quit when a repair gets frustrating
- Take pride in doing things the right way, not just the quick way
- Are dependable and show up ready to work
- Strong hands-on mechanical ability with vehicles, equipment, or facilities
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs (diagnosing issues, replacing parts, adjusting systems)
- Comfort using technology such as tablets, maintenance software, or digital work orders
- Solid understanding of safe work practices, tools, and PPE
- Ability to plan work, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate maintenance records
- Willingness to learn new systems, equipment, and processes
- A valid driver's license
