Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

You'll be responsible for keeping our fleet, equipment, and facilities running safely and reliably. That means turning wrenches and using systems to track maintenance, schedule repairs, and keep everything organized.

• Manage and maintaining our vehicle and equipment fleet
• Use maintenance and fleet tracking systems to log work, plan ahead, and stay organized
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Fix or replace worn or broken parts
• Keep track of maintenance schedules, repairs, and supplies
• Handle work orders and get things done on time
• Coordinate outside repairs when needed

• Take ownership of our fleet and want to keep everything running smoothly

• Strong hands-on mechanical ability with vehicles, equipment, or facilities
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs (diagnosing issues, replacing parts, adjusting systems)
• Comfort using technology such as tablets, maintenance software, or digital work orders
• Solid understanding of safe work practices, tools, and PPE
• Ability to plan work, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate maintenance records
• Willingness to learn new systems, equipment, and processes
• A valid driver's license
