Industrial Maintenance Associate

Job Description

RSDC, a world-class steel processor located in Holt, has an opening for a Maintenance Associate.

Maintenance Associates are responsible for all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment and facility maintenance
.

Candidates must be able to work any shift and alternating weekends.

Job duties include:

• Troubleshooting to diagnose problems
• Read and interpret blue-prints, procedures, equipment manuals and work orders
• Repair, replace, or adjust equipment or components
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility
• Repairs and fabricate components using a variety of tools and equipment
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures
• Additional duties as needed

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment is preferred. Strong electrical and electronic skills including PLCs, and excellent troubleshooting abilities are a plus. Applicants must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check successfully.
