Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Meadowridge in St. Peters, MO. The role covers all general maintenance responsibilities for a 180-unit community and requires oversight of routine, preventive, and turnover tasks.
The schedule is Monday to Friday 8–5 with occasional on-call duties for additional pay. EPA Universal license and CPO certification are required, along with strong preventive maintenance and leadership skills.
